The apartment has one allocated underground space and one allocated space to the outside. |
| Security |
There is 24HR secutiry. the development is enclosed and access to the complex is via keyfob controlled electric gates.The Keyfob provided by us. There is a SAFE in the apartment and it is fully alarmed. |

Comfortable seating for six with Satellite TV (THE FULL SKY PACKAGE including all movies, sports and additonal channels ), DVD player, CD, Cassette, Radio and iPod docking station. |

It is equipped with a Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron, coffee maker, toaster in fact, everything you need. |
| Laundry facilities |
There are complete laundry facilities in the apartment including tumble drier and washing machine, hairdrier, iron and ironing board as well as towels. The towlels can be replaced weekly for a small extra charge. |
| Access Suitability |
The apartment can be accessed by wheelchair via the carpark lift. Please note, no pets. |
Smoking is only permitted on the sun terrace.
